Practical access features.
The toolkit uses semantic landmarks and headings, a skip link, labelled native inputs and selects, visible keyboard focus and responsive layouts. Header menus and FAQs use native expandable details. Results receive focus after calculation; custom errors use an alert. No animation or drag-and-drop interaction is required.
The requested palette.
Dark text and headings use #283148, accent #913535, secondary #BBBBBB and background #E9EEC9. Main text and key controls use dark against light or grey surfaces. Safety priorities and checklist states are described in words rather than colour alone. Forced-colours modes can override the palette. Native browser controls may use system colours.
Keyboard and small screens.
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to reach controls, Enter or Space to toggle a header menu or FAQ, and Escape to close an open header menu. All Tools includes all six direct tool links and the tool index. Navigation wraps when required and dropdowns stay inside narrow screens. Browser zoom remains available.
Results without charts.
Numeric inputs show ranges and optional fields are labelled. Results are selectable text with a plain-text download and browser print layout. Checklist labels are clickable and keyboard reachable. Native browser validation supplements custom range-order checks. Browser print dialogs, PDF saving, file handling and autofill are outside the plugin’s direct control.
Testing and limits.
Desktop and mobile Chromium checks are used for this interface. That is not a full WCAG conformance certification or a guarantee for every browser, assistive technology, extension or theme addition. The operator should test the entire deployed site, including any extra content or third-party scripts.

Use Contact with the page, control, action, browser and assistive technology, and describe an alternative format that would help. Do not include private property details. This is a non-urgent feedback channel; no fixed response time is promised. For immediate safety needs use real-world emergency or professional services.
